Abstract

The work of M. Kashkari «Turkish dictionary» is a dictionary that has not lost its value for centuries. The article discusses the importance of the dictionary in the formation of a cultural personality. With examples from the dictionary, various characteristics necessary for positive personality behavior are analyzed. Education is the first of them. The article focuses on the idea of not only being educated, but also getting a well-mannered education. Abstract concepts related to the «concept» of culture, such as the development of science through education, being smart, becoming more humane, are widely considered in the article.
