Abstract

The article examines the artistic features of the language of the works of Kazakh and foreign children's writers as a result of research conducted on the material of fiction, including children's literature. Using specific examples, the linguistic and stylistic features of works for children are analyzed using the example of the works of the Kazakh children's writer Sapargali Begalin and the Danish children's writer Christian Andersen. In their works, the authors have clearly demonstrated the authenticity, educational value, national identity and creative skills of children's literature. Sapargali Begalin is an outstanding writer who has made a great contribution to the development of Kazakh children's literature. The uniqueness of the writer's works lies in the vitality and realism of his characters. Through the artistic depiction of children's close connection with nature and simple moments of life, the writer develops the inner world of readers. For example, in the story «Satzhan», moral values are promoted through Satzhan's restraint and her passion for nature. In addition, Begalin skillfully uses metaphors and figurative techniques when describing natural scenes, revealing a beautiful image of the Kazakh steppe. The use of national elements gives his works a unique tone. Among the author's literary techniques, an important place is occupied by the use of national elements, the use of artistic linguistic means, and a realistic depiction of the psychological characteristics of characters. In addition, the writer's use of folklore elements enhances the educational and cognitive content of his works. The linguistic specificity of Hans Christian Andersen's works is determined by the philosophical content and poetic imagery of his subjects. His fairy tales, such as «The Little Mermaid» and «The Princess and the Pea» are particularly impressive for their extensive use of dialogues and metaphors, the interconnectedness of nature and human life, as well as the harmonious depiction of sadness and joy. The simplicity and depth of the writer's works for children will arouse the interest of any reader. The works of both writers represent an invaluable legacy in the development of children's literature. The popular educational works of Sapargali Begalin, the poetic and philosophical works of Hans Christian Andersen educate children to be honest, hardworking and moral. The authors demonstrate a high level of educational, cognitive and aesthetic impact on their readers through creative skills and artistic means. The article presents a literary, theoretical and linguistic analysis aimed at identifying these features.
