This article is dedicated to the reflections on the creative works of prominent figures of the Alash movement – Magzhan Zhumabayev, Mirzhakyp Dulatuly, and Ahmet Baitursynuly, who played a significant role in the development of Kazakh literature and the formation of the idea of national independence. Through Magzhan Zhumabayev’s poetry, the foundations of Alash ideology and the poet’s faith in the future of the nation are revealed, as well as the spiritual value of his creative legacy. The article deeply analyzes Mirzhakyp Dulatuly’s poem «Oyan, Kazakh!» and his novel «Baqytsyz Zhamal» and their contributions to Kazakh literature, focusing on national issues in his prose. It also discusses the evaluation of Mirzhakyp Dulatuly’s literary heritage by modern researchers and literary figures, as well as the significance of his works dedicated to the fate of Kazakh women.
